Blank Non-Rotatable ConFlat (CF) flanges with tapped holes are available in sizes ranging from DN19CF to DN350CF. ConFlat flanges are available in Stainless Steel 304 and 316L material.
These Flanges are available with US- or Metric-threaded Tapped holes.

Assembly instructions for CF Flanges:
– Apply a small amount of high temperature anti-seize compound to the bolt threads.
– Check that both flange surfaces are clean and sealing edges are free from nicks and scratches.
– Using clean, lint free gloves, unpack gasket.
– Place gasket in the knife edge.
– Align the mating hole pattern and leak test grooves.
– Install the proper bolts and tighten hand tight. Check to see that the flange faces are parallel.
– Tighten the bolts 1/4 to 1/2 turns using a circular clockwise pattern until the flange faces are metal to metal.
