Our High-Temperature Thin Film Sensors, mounted on rotatable ConFlat Flanges, are primarily for UHV and High-Temperature Processes, with a temperature capability of up to 300 °C.
Alternatively, sensors on 1″ baseplate bolts are available, but with a lower temperature limit of 205°C due to Viton O-Rings for the vacuum seal. To prevent cable jacket outgassing during bakeout or high-temperature coating processes, our high-temperature sensors feature a vacuum-sealed coax connection wire inside a rigid stainless steel tube, eliminating exposure.
These sensors are customized to order, with customers providing specific information on sensor cooling tube lengths and bends, as well as coax connection tubes.
Sensors equipped with our shutter/actuator have an operating temperature limit of 200 °C and can undergo a maximum bakeout temperature of 300°C.
