HV Square Sputter Sources
The AJA International magnetron sputtering sources have been specifically designed for high rate, uniform, production deposition applications. External Mount (-X), Internal Mount (-I), and Magnetic Material (-M) versions are available depending on your chamber configuration and application. An integral target/backing plate can be machined from one piece for certain materials, or, a two piece assembly (target bonded to copper backing plate) can be utilized for materials with poor thermal characteristics.
