Dual Liquid feedthroughs present a cost-effective and dependable solution for introducing water into vacuum systems. The tubing, made of 304 stainless steel in sizes of 0.25 and 0.375 inches, is equipped with either CF or KF flanges.

These feedthroughs are offered with or without fittings, or can be terminated with industry-standard Swagelok or Cajon VCR fittings. CF flanges support a maximum bakeout temperature of 450°C, while KF flanges support up to 200°C.

Pressure range: 10 e–9 mbar to 2.5 bar
Temperature range SS 304: –196 to 300 °C
Temperature range SS 316L: –196 to 350 °C
