Single Liquid feedthroughs provide a cost-effective and dependable method for introducing water into a vacuum system. Constructed with 304 stainless steel tubing in sizes of 0.25 and 0.375 inches, these feedthroughs feature CF or KF flanges.

They are offered either without fittings or terminated with Swagelok or Cajon VCR fittings, adhering to industry standards. CF flanges support a maximum bakeout temperature of 450°C, whereas KF flanges support up to 200°C.

Pressure range: 10 e–9 mbar to 2.5 bar
Temperature range SS 304: –196 to 300 °C
Temperature range SS 316L: –196 to 350 °C
