The electromagnetic operated angle valve operates in a normally closed configuration. With no sliding metal parts, it effectively reduces particulates. Its pressure balance mechanism enables unrestricted exhaust direction.

A standard control power supply circuit for solenoid valve drive is included. This valve is suitable for use in portable equipment as it does not require pneumatic air.

Low outgassing makes it possible to use a lower capacity pump and also to shorten evacuation time.
