The Novotek KF valves made of aluminum fulfil the leak tightness demands for high vacuum applications. To achieve this leak tightness, Novotek uses bellow sealed valves.
The valve housing is made of a solid aluminum profile. The valves can be used as high vacuum valve, isolation valve or venting valve. Service life is at 300.000 cycles.
Pressure range: 10 e-8 mbar to ATM
Housing material: Aluminum
Bellow sealed: Stainless Steel 316Ti
Sealing material: Viton
Leakrate: 5.10 e-9 mbar.l/sec
