The Angle valves made of Stainless Steel fulfil the leak tightness demands for high vacuum applications. To achieve this leak tightness, Novotek uses bellow sealed valves.
A laser welded bellow made of Stainless Steel 1.4541, with valve plate and seal, guarantees a high vacuum. These valves, also known as corner valves, can be used as high vacuum valve, isolation valve or venting valve.
Pressure range: 10 e-8 mbar to ATM
Housing material: Stainless Steel
Sealing material: Viton
Leakrate: 5.10 e-9 mbar.l/sec
