Gate Valve with Copper Bonnet seal.
Pneumatic Operated Gate Valves with copper bonnet seal are available with CF flanges only in port sizes from 5/8 to 12 inches. With the air solenoid and position indicators removed, this valve can be baked to 250°C with the gate in the open position. This version is available with the optional high temperature Kalrez gate O-ring. Silicone heater jackets for bakeouts up to 200°C can be provided.
