The CVM211 Stingerâ„¢ module incorporates various design improvements, by moving temperature compensation outside the vacuum environment and eliminating unnecessary parts and welds. Its mechanical strength makes it resilient to shock and vibration, while features like reduced internal volume, minimized surface area, and a mesh screen in the inlet port optimize pump-down speed and minimize outgassing.

Shielded against RF interference, the vacuum gauge transforms the convection gauge into a complete measuring instrument with one analog output, one setpoint relay, and a built-in display for pressure values, for efficient monitoring of pump down and vent cycles.

The CVM211 Stinger, functioning as a convection-enhanced Pirani gauge, surpasses traditional thermocouple gauges in accuracy at lower pressures, providing a cost-effective alternative in gauge/readout configurations.

Pressure range               ATM to 1.10e-4 mBar

Pressure reading:          Torr/mBar/kPa

Setpoint accuracy N2: 1.0 x 10-4 to 1.0 x 10-3 Torr; 0.1 mTorr resolution

1.0 x 10-3 to 400 Torr; ± 10% of reading

  • To 1,000 Torr; ±2.5% of reading

Note: Power supply needs to be ordered separately.
