Miniature magnetically coupled linear rotary drive, 300mm travel, DN19CF flange

Magnetically coupled Manipulator, linear and rotary. A rotating outer ring situated on the air side contains strip magnets, aligned parallel to the ring’s centerline, with alternating polarity between neighboring magnets. This outer ring magnetically connects, via a stainless steel vacuum sheath, to an inner ring on the vacuum side, which also features a matching arrangement of strip magnets. The coupling positions a north pole on the outer ring above a south pole on the inner ring.
