Constructed from Stainless Steel, the valve housing ensures durability. Featuring a laser-welded Stainless Steel 1.4541 bellows along with a valve plate and seal, these valves guarantee high vacuum performance.
They serve various functions such as high vacuum, isolation, or venting valves, offering benefits including low leak rates, high conductance, and sealing of both valve and actuator with Viton O-rings.
