Pneumatic operated O-ring sealed angle valve, Aluminum body single acting with Solenoid, DN63ISO-K

The XLF/XLFV valves are single acting, while the XLG/XLGV are double acting. They are designed for high vacuum applications, featuring an aluminum angle valve with an O-ring seal.

Air pressure directed to the pilot port initiates the switching of the piston-coupled valve. These valves offer high-speed response and long service life, with an overtravel mechanism ensuring constant O-ring compression.

Additionally, numerous maintenance parts are provided to prolong valve lifespan. Standard FKM seals are included, with the option to select from 8 additional seal compound choices. Proximity switches can be mounted from four directions, and optional 100 °C and 150 °C heaters with UL-compliant connecting wires are available.
