Right angle multi Crystal sensor holder for 6 Crystals including motor and flange

Multi Crystal Rotary Sensors are for reliable, uninterrupted rate monitoring and control during long coating runs. These sensors, available in 6 and 8 multi-crystal configurations, utilize industry-standard .550″ diameter crystals held perpendicular to the flange. They offer flexibility, allowing precise crystal positioning with up to 30 degrees of off-axis bending and are customizable in length and vacuum flange style.

With options for an in-between shutter position, these sensors can be installed inside-out or as a continuous unit, facilitating ease of use and crystal reloading. Automatic switching upon crystal failure ensures continuous operation, while their compatibility with Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) systems ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.

The sensors’ positional location memory enables easy identification and designation of specific crystals, while their PLC motor controller interfaces seamlessly with most thickness monitors and controllers. Furthermore, the use of 3/16″ diameter cooling tubes ensures excellent thermal stability during operation.
