Solid copper gaskets offer hermetic sealing on both sides of the seal. Customers can easily drill small holes in the copper gasket to create a pressure difference on both sides, allowing for experiments with different flow rates. With a temperature range from –200 ̊C up to 450 ̊C, these gaskets undergo precise punching, de-burring, chemical treatment, and careful packaging to eliminate and prevent surface imperfections. CF copper gaskets ensure one reliable seal per use, emphasizing the importance of using a new copper gasket each time a CF sealing assembly is installed.
